All booking fees are non-refundable. This is a fee we charge to secure you the spot in one advanced period of time, this fee is deducted from your total service cost.

We require 48 hours' notice for all appointment changes; we however do not accept cancellations. If you cancel an appointment all monies paid are then transferred to a "cancellation fee".

We do not offer refunds in salon as we are a service-based business.

No shows including same day cancellations are charged the FULL remaining balance of the booked appointment.

Late arrivals more than 15 mins with no communication will be cancelled by the technician due to insufficient time to perform any service to its entirety.

We require our clients to be at least 17 years old for lash extensions for insurance purposes. In some cases, we will accept 16 years olds for formals or special occasions with a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form. We will not proceed without the consent form being signed.

We ask our clients to please avoid caffeine before their appointment on the day as this can cause our clients to jitter and have involuntary body movements whilst we are performing services. Please remove all eye make-up including mascara and eye liner prior to your appointment otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee. We ask our clients to attend their appointment with clean washed hair as our technician will be sitting directly over your head for some time.

For services such as teeth whitening, tooth gems and permanent make up we require all clients to be over the age of 18, this is the law. We cannot bypass this with a consent form.

We lose 2 to 5 natural lashes a day as our body continues to grow hair, this means we will be prone to loosing extensions from the moment we leave the salon. We recommend regular infills between 2 to 3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full. You will fully shed all of your lash extensions in about 30 days from your last lash session

YES! If you have reacted to a particular service or product in the past and are curious to try something new, we can arrange a patch test for you! Please book a patch test on our online booking system free of charge so we can have a chat about it
